When a bad review lands
One and two star reviews go onto your callbacks list within the hour, with a button to reply.
A bad review left unanswered for a fortnight reads as a salon that is not paying attention. Answered the same day it reads as the opposite, and everyone who reads it later sees that somebody was listening.
So when a review of one or two stars appears on your listing, we put it straight onto your Callbacks list, tagged as a review, with the stars, what it says, and a button that takes you to Google to reply. If you have a number set for callback alerts, you get a text too.

Tick it off when you have dealt with it, the same as any other item on that list.
Two things to know
- There is nobody to ring. Google does not say who wrote a review, so the row has no phone number, and we will never guess at one.
- Google shows outside businesses at most five reviews at a time, and only ones with words in them. So this is a fast warning, not a guarantee that nothing is ever missed.
Good to know. The first time this runs for your salon it stays quiet, so switching the add-on on does not fill your list with old reviews. It starts alerting from the next new one.
