Setting your chairs and capacity
Chairs decide how many clients can be in at once, separate from how many staff you have.
Chairs cap how many clients can be in the salon at the same time. This matters because a colour that is developing still uses a chair even though the stylist is free to start someone else. Chairs, not just staff numbers, decide how many people you can take in parallel.
Set your chair count so the receptionist never books more people in than you can physically seat.
