When something is not working
First steps to try, and how to get help fast.
If something is not behaving as you expect, a good first step is to reload the page, since the app updates itself as you work. If a change has not taken effect on calls, check that you saved it on the right screen.
If it still is not right, raise a support request and we will help. Include what you were doing and what you expected to happen.
