Connecting your Google listing
Find your business on Google and confirm it is yours, so we read the right reviews.
Reputation Management needs to know which listing on Google is yours. You connect it once, from Integrations.
- 1Open Settings, then Integrations.
- 2Find the Google reviews tile and start typing your business name.
- 3Pick your business from the list of matches.
- 4Check the name and address shown, and confirm.
We never guess which listing is yours. Two salons on the same street can have similar names, and attaching the wrong one would show you somebody else's reviews and ask your clients to rate a business that is not yours. So we show you the matches and you choose.
Good to know. Connect it once and both add-ons use it: the same listing supplies the reviews on your website and the reviews in Reputation Management.
Changing or disconnecting
The same tile lets you disconnect, or attach a different listing if you picked the wrong one. Attaching a different listing clears the figures from the old one, because they were never yours.
