Booking and running a test call
Hear the receptionist answer, before you go live, using a test call.
A test call lets you speak to your receptionist exactly as a client would, so you can check the voice, the services and the flow before any real calls come in.
- 1Open Test call from the menu.
- 2Start the call and speak as if you were a customer.
- 3Try booking, asking a price, and asking your opening hours.
