Turning an add-on off
Stop either add-on from its own screen. You keep it until the end of the month you have paid for.
Both add-ons can be stopped whenever you like, from the screen they live on. There is no notice period and nothing to phone about.
- 1Open Website or Reputation Management from the left menu.
- 2Find the subscription panel at the bottom of the screen.
- 3Choose to stop it. It keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Changed your mind before that date? The same panel lets you keep it, and nothing is charged twice.
What happens to your work
- Website: your site goes back to a preview and stops taking bookings. Nothing you have written or uploaded is deleted, so turning it back on restores the site as it was.
- Reputation Management: we stop asking your clients for reviews and stop watching for bad ones. Your connected listing and your history stay where they are.
Good to know. Stopping an add-on never touches your plan, your phone number or your calendar.
