Call and SMS history lists everything your receptionist answered, with what it did and when, newest first. Calls show how long they took, and where a call was recorded you can listen back.
Your number takes texts as well as calls, and the receptionist answers those too. Texts are marked SMS and you can open one to read the whole exchange. Use the filter to see calls only, texts only, or both together.
Only calls count toward your monthly minutes. Texting costs you no talk time.
